<\/span>With an athletic past, at 40 I wanted to improve my posture and suppleness, so, recommended by an Art of Control pupil<\/span>\/client, I began Pilates.\u00a0 Far from the preconceived ideas, I discovered a discipline which increasingly develops the level of difficulty.\u00a0 This is appreciable for an athlete like me who likes a challenge.\u00a0 Beyond my expectations I am working the inner muscles.\u00a0 \u00a0The more classes I take, the more the work increases in density.\u00a0 The multiple exercises and machines mean I avoid routine, and my two classes a week are always different.\u00a0 The studio team is super, the studio agreeable and intimate; far removed from impersonal gyms.\u00a0 After my class, the sauna is an additional pleasure.\u00a0 I recommend.<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
