Home sessions are proposed for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and adapted to your physical condition (sedentary, athlete…)
Book your private session for a tailored programme, or a session with friends (up to 5) for a group experience with degressive fees
Your coach will travel to you (home, holiday residence, boat…) with all the material and apparatus needed (mats, weights, Magic Circle, Spine Corrector…)
